Ok, so I don't have a date set to play this. What I do know is that I will be in Wilmington next week for 2 weeks. (Thanks Democrats!) I hope to receive a copy of this before I arrive, and I would like to run at least 2 sessions before I head back to Charlotte. I'm open to ideas of times or people who would like to play. Let me know who has interest. David www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp?eidm=218&esem=1

Has interest...and fear.
I gotta admit, I was betting against FFG putting out a Star Wars RPG. Looks like I was wrong about that.
With what I saw on the website, I'm a bit concerned. "Custom dice"? I'm getting visions of FFG's version of Warhammer Fantasy - which used custom dice, and was the most convoluted RPG system I've ever seen.
And the idea of selling a Beta version for the price of an actual book is...interesting. I guess at least they're being upfront about it being a Beta, unlike WotC, which off-handedly revealed in the run-up to 4E that they basically considered the entire Saga system to be one big play-test. What is it with Star Wars and releasing it as an incomplete RPG, anyway?
All of that said, I'm always up to try a new RPG and take a look at a new system - and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing you again, Movie Dave, so, yeah, I'm in.
Also, I think Jeremy and I are the only guys who read this board anymore, but Jeremy lives with Derek, and I'm sure he can spread the word.
I'll let Jeff know, but his schedule is pretty much always slam full even when he isn't traveling.
As to times/days, I currently play in regular campaigns on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and a semi-regular on Friday, but I'm more than willing to skip a session or two if you're only in town for a couple of weeks.

Jeff will be in town next week, and he's definitely interested in playing, or just hanging out.
I drank the Kool-Aid and ordered a copy. Also, CFG is going to order the retailer's demo pack, and I will probably be running demos at the store in September.

My copy just shipped today. It said it was "in stock" last Monday but took a week to ship. Bullshit!
Dave, you probably already got yours by ordering after me.
