For whenever we get back to the main campaign:
On our last shopping trip, there are a couple of items I would have liked Kyra to purchase:
Spare parts (we discussed this, then I decided not to since Repair apparently no longer requires parts, then I reconsidered - modifying items with the Tech Expert Feat does require spare parts) - 8,000 credits worth.
Cargo Skiff: there are none in the Saga core book, so I propose the following, adapted from the SW Revised Core Rulebook:

Looking at the Tech Specialist Feat again, I had an idea (for whenever we return to the main campaign):
"...you cannot grant more than one benefit to a single device, suit of armor, weapon, droid, or vehicle..."
But, for the purposes of this Feat, can I treat the Claymore's armor, device (navcomp), vehicle (engines), and weapon systems as separate items? Or, put another way, can I give the Claymore 1 of each type of Trait (Armor, Device, Vehicle, Weapon?) You've actually already allowed Kyra to upgrade the Claymore's nav computer and its speed; so how about an upgrade to its armor and weapons systems? BTW, this would finally give Kyra something to do with all of the money she's gotten, and would make me happier about the lack of ship customization available in SW Saga.
Specifically, I would like to do the following:
Armor: Protective Armor (armor bonus increases from +12 to +13) Weapon: Improved Accuracy for both quad-lasers (+1 equipment bonus on attack rolls).
The rules call for a cost equal to 10% of the price of the modified item - for a YT-1300, that would be 10,000 cr. per mod, for 30,000 cr. total (and 30 man-days of work) for the upgrades above.
This would be in addition to the two upgrades already completed (Device: Mastercraft nav comp; Vehicle: Improved Speed).

This is probably okay with me, but I'm going to table this until after the new Starship book comes out or we finish the current leg of the DOD campaign. But I'll definitely decide before the next session of the Original Campaign and the potential space battle.
