"Quick ...Characters with both the Level Headed and Quick Edges draw their additional card and take the best as usual. If that card is a Five or less, the Quick Edge may be used to draw a replacement until it's Six or higher."
In other words, iff the best card you draw with Level Headed (or Improved Level Headed) is a 5 or less, Quick Draw kicks in. You DO NOT redraw every card of 5 or less when drawing multiple cards with Level Headed and Quick. It's still a pretty good combo, but not quite as busted as it seemed last night.
