Session 01: Fate has brought this most strange collection of adventurers together. For what purpose? For what goals? Only the gods truly know.
SANDER: Sander is his name - melee is his game. He is a human adventurer with a sword in one hand, a shield in the other...and a lucky coin. "Why am I always the tallest person in the room? And another thing - wait. Oh crap, we've got trouble...(and I'm being nerfed)."
KETZI COGNOGGIN: Ketzi's a gnome Priest of Vermillion (that's the God of Knowledge). She wields a rapier, is curious as all get-out...and holy $@#& is that a RUG!?!?
VALENDRA HOLLINS: Mighty sorceress - check. Stuck up Eladrin - check. Mean bitch Hollins girl - oh, hell yeah! "Is it me...or is everybody else just stupid?"
"BINKLES" THEODOR FIZZLEFOPP: This thieving pixie enjoys getting into the trouble that his sister starts. And as long as his hair doesn't get in the way he likes to lie to humans, jig it up in mushroom rings, eat honey, and - wait! Was that the Elusive Fluffy Platinum Bunny?
PEBBLES THALIA FIZZLEFOPP: This deadly pixie will cut you! I mean, really, she will CUT YOU. She enjoys starting trouble because she knows how much her brother likes it. She won't fly over flames, she also loves honey, and - wait! Was that the Elusive Fluffy Platinum Bunny?
THE ADVENTURE SO FAR... The adventurers have begun a quest to rid the old Silverton Mines of the goblins that have taken up residence. Their raids on the local caravans must end and the area restored to some semblance of peace. The party has begun exploring the mines. So far they have encountered a few secret doors which imply that someone or something does not want to be found. Goblins have been guarding the entrance but the heroes have been clearly superior in battle. The most dangerous adversary yet - a rug. The party did manage to find an armory with some decent weapons. Apparently Sander is the party's "Beast of Burden". After the armory, the heroes found a room filled with dire rats and a magically created darkness field. Interesting work for a simple band of goblins, don'tcha think?
THE NEXT MOVE... The party (standing at the doorway of a room conveniently marked #10 on the GM's map) is looking down a corridor to the south. They can explore the corridor or they can head back the way they came and investigate a door to the south that they have not yet opened.
