Blackrazor Requires Attunement
The sinister sword was discovered plunged into the chest of a Sahuagin statue.
* +2 Greatsword
* Conflict: Demands to be wielded at all times
* Devour Soul: Whenever it is used to reduce a creature to 0 hit points, the sword slays the creature and gains 1 Soul charge. The sword can hold a maximum of 3 soul charges at once. A creature who’s soul has been devoured can only be returned by a Wish spell.
* Soul Charges: As long as Blackrazor has 1 soul charge, it’s wielder has Darkvision up to 120 ft. If it has 3 soul charges, the wielder is immune to being charmed or frightened. Soul charges can be spent as a bonus action in the following way:
- Wielder gains temporary hit points equal to their hit dice plus their level. These hit points do not stack, but can be refreshed with each soul charge spent in this manner (these hit points fade at dawn)
- For one round, Wielder is aware of the presence of Tiny or larger creatures within 60 ft that aren’t constructs or undead.
- For one round, the Wielder has advantage on attack roles, saving throws and ability checks.
* Soulharvest: If Blackrazor does not have 3 soul charges each dawn, it claims hit points from the Wielder equal to their hit dice plus their level. Each day that passes in this way doubles this hit point loss. If the Wielder is reduced to 0 hit points in this manner, Blackrazor devours their soul.
Blackrazor has other abilities and intentions that may be unlocked depending on the bond between it and it’s Wielder.

Helmet of True Nature
This beautiful helmet was found in the spoils of a Grick lair.
As a bonus action, this helmet causes the wearer's eyes to glow based on their alignment. As a free action, the wearer's eyes return to normal.

This sundered warhorn was found discarded in a forgotten fountain.
This warhorn is currently in two pieces, but it resonates with faint magic. Perhaps a Mending Spell could restore it?
