EDIT: Since Clint is swapping to Cleric, disregard the static values for Healing potions. You can still purchase Minor Healing Potions at Char Gen if you want.Because the party is going to be light on healing resources (comparatively speaking), I'll be making a few minor changes. First, Minor Healing Potions are available to purchase at character creation for the listed price of 4gp / 40sp. Second, we're going to use static, rather than random, values for healing potions. Rather than rolling, healing potions will restore the following amount of hit points: - Minor Healing Potion 6 HP
- Lesser Healing Potion 18 HP
- Moderate Healing Potion 28 HP
- Greater Healing Potion 56 HP
- Major Healing Potion 80 HP
Third, Healing Potions will have a higher availability both in terms of "found" items and in terms of "for sale" items. If anyone ends up taking the "trick magic item" feat, you can also expect to find more scrolls that contain healing magic as well. These generally won't be "counted against" the expected treasure rewards. Fourth, finding the right balance is going to require a few sessions, so bear with me.

Also remember that in Pathfinder, long rests aren't super-heals. You naturally regain Hit Points equal to your Con modifier (minimum 1) times your level when you do a long rest.
The Medicine Skill helps with out of combat healing but does require rolls and can end up making the situation worse. You can use the medicine skill (assuming you are trained and have healer's tools) on a character once per hour. This normally restores 2d8 hit points. As above, we're going to say this restores a flat 12 hit points (24 on a crit, 6 damage on a crit fail).
There is some debate on whether multiple characters can treat the same person within that hour. From my reading, it's once per hour period, not once per hour per person providing treatment. Unless there's been an official ruling that I haven't found, that's what we're going to go with.
