Re Hero Points:
In the JLU universe, Superman and Batman are obviously the two most prominent heroes - they each had their own series before JLU. However, in the series itself, they seem to be treated more or less equally with the other founding members of the Justice League. JLU does not really seem to have a "hero's hero" or dominant character. So, on the scale of 1-5 Hero Points, Batman and Superman each get 4.
The rest of the "big 7" (Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl/Shayara) get 3 HP.
Any other Justice Leaguer who had enough screen time to be statted up has 2 HP.
All the other Leaguers get 1 HP. Note that the mostly nameless horde of heroes are NOT Extras; each is definitely a capable hero in his/her own right, so each gets a Hero Point, but only those with a lot of "spotlight" time get 2+. Many of the 1 HPers may be more skilled and experienced than those with 2 or 3 HP, but they are not as prominent, thus fewer HP.
