1Cost reduced 20% due to Brainy Trait
Total CP: 1310
Design Notes: I was a little suprised at how close in point value Batman was to Superman - and this is without any Feats (other than Feating subordinate Abilities off of a main Ability) or Bats' gear like the Batmobile. I guess Batman and Superman really are at about equivalent power levels, at least in my game system. Huh. That's actually kind of neat that it worked out like that. Of course, in the comic books, Superman probably has all Rank 25s which would greatly increase his point value. Anyway. Batman's design. Biggest item of note is his "Crime Fighting" ability - I defined this as a basic knowledge of criminology, forensics, investigation, and hand-to-hand combat, and made it a Broad Ability to reflect Batman's ability to Feat a large number of more specific but more complete Abilities off of it.

Upon Further Review:
BATMAN Bruce Wayne
Hero Points: 4
Calling: Defender
Traits: Bag o' Tricks (N - 25), Brainy (M - 75), Companion (B - 100), Gadgeteer (M - 75), Gorgeous (N - 50), Origin: Gizmo (0), Presence (N - 50), Sanctum (M - 75), Wealthy (N - 50)
Flaws: None
Abilities: Corporate CEO 7 (N - 36)1 Crime Fighter 9 (B - 260) *Acrobatics 9 (M - 100) *Detective 9 (M - 80) *Disguise 9 (N - 60) *Escape Artist 9 (N - 60) *Martial Artist 9 (M - 100) *Pilot 9 (N - 60) *Stealth 9 (N - 60) Engineer 9 (M - 104)1 Performer 7 (N - 45) 1Cost reduced 20% due to Brainy Trait
Total CP: 1465
Design Notes: Added Disguise and Performer Abilities, redisgnated his Origin Trait as Gizmo (for the Batmobile, Batplane, etc), and gave him the Gadgeteer Trait as a seperate Trait; as a new rule, his Gadgeteer Trait halves the cost of his Bag o' Tricks Trait. This write-up still doesn't include the Batmobile, Batplane, etc. Of course, Superman's write-up doesn't include his Superman robots, mini-spaceship, etc. either. Still, looks like Bats and Supes are actually pretty close in point value. INcluding all of Batman's combat Feats, Batman might actually be MORE expensive than Superman.

I think it's amazing that the advertisements at the top of the page are adapting to our subjects.
I most recently see Batman comics and posters available on Ebay at the top of the screen.
This kinda freaks me out a little.

Superman's robots certainly weren't terribly significant, but they did exist. In the "Justice Lords" episode, evil Superman's robots guarded Arkham Asylum - and it was noted that the "real" Superman also had robot duplicates. They also popped up once or twice in Superman's cartoon series. Again, not very significant, which is why I didn't bother statting them out and including them in Superman's character write-up.
