Blake Van Nistolroy grew up in the lap of luxury without the knowledge of what a “need” really is. His parents were killed when he was merely a child so he was raised by his grandparents. His grandmother dearly loved him, though his grandfather seemed to be rather distant and heavily burdened by his work.
When Blake began to hit his teenage years, he became a superb soccer star and was a member of the “in-crowd” at his high school. This all changed one day when a he joined a team called the Young Argonauts. This team was a group of teenage superheroes that were known to go around the world and fight the good fight. That is, until one day something happened. No one really knows what happened, but the outcome is certain. Blake’s loyalty switched one day from the Argonauts to the arch-villain named Masquerade.

yeah, and it basically was very similar to that. i need to talk with jeff before i talk too much because i dont know what is "common knowledge" and what would be things for me to bring up at later times. And since this is Jeff's Supers, how i can hide knowledge from the group to best screw us over later.
