Healing Factor (M)
You heal unusually quickly. Whenever you are entitled to healing (such as at a Scene Change or by using a Second Wind), compare your Rank, including Damage Penalties, to a Difficulty of 5, and consult the Damage Table; this indicates the additional Boxes of Damage which you heal. If you have suffered Lethal Damage, you have an additional -4 Rank Penalty.
EXAMPLE: At a Scene Change, a character with Healing Factor 13 has 2 Boxes of Non-Lethal Damage and 1 Box of Lethal Damage in Just My Pride, and 2 Boxes of Non-Lethal Damage in Banged Up. He uses his Rank 13 - 1 Rank (Damage Penalty) - 4 Ranks (Lethal Damage Penalty) - 5 (Difficulty) + 6 (Static Damage Roll) = Normal Success = 3 Boxes. His Scene Change Healing heals all non-Lethal damage in Banged Up, and his Healing Factor heals the 3 remaining Boxes in Just My Pride. If he had also had a Box of Lethal Damage in Banged Up, the Healing Factor Result would be the same (3 Boxes); his Scene Change Healing would heal the 2 Boxes of Non-Lethal Damage in Banged Up, and his Healing Factor would heal the Box of Lethal Damage, and 2 Boxes of Non-Lethal Damage in Just My Pride, leaving him with 1 Box of Lethal Damage in Just My Pride.

Exactly. Regeneration would allow Round to Round Healing, but would be a Broad Ability.
