Not sure how the new setup works, but I must contribute. This was the main power of that guy I wrote up a while back, Facade. Telepathic Illusion allows the user to directly manipulate the perceptions of a living target. Some lifeforms may possess a unique brain structure that may make it difficult to know exactly how to affect them. It has no affect what so ever on robots or electronics. Senses that are able to be affected are: Sight Sound Smell Hearing Time
In some extreme cases or powerlevels, maybe touch, but not to a lethal state, or it may only be "percieved damage". some example uses I can think of are: Facade uses his TI to distract a group of rival heroes by sending out the image and sound of a wave a fire. The heroes use their all out dodges to avoid the attack. If Facade has the "illusionary damage" feat, those that fail suffer damage, but the GM Notes they cannot pass out or die from that damage, after all it is all in their heads! One hero figures out his trick and tries to convince the others, but Facade ensares him and convinces his mind that he was teleported to a desert island and spent the last 3 years trying to escape, only to find himself teleported back after his harrowing journey...or he could just force him to see his companions dead or injured, anything to get him off topic really. Anyway, thats my idea, gamedave will have to clean it up and make it balanced.
