A. What was the price for a gift? A Feat?
B. What are the new rules for putting together your ability to hit? Does it have a new name? Does it still need to be pretty low for game balance purposes? What are point cost for this and what is suggested?

Your ability for attack is bought just like any ability including super powers except that is has a maximum lvl of 7

A. Also, Feats are 20 CP - technically, 5 CP each time you use a Feat, and after 4 uses and 20 CP, you have fully established the Feat and no longer need to pay 5 CP to use it.
B. To be a bit clearer, Powers/Super Abilities normally are not used for Attack and Defense (although Feats may affect this). Attack and Defense are covered by any other relevant Abilities you may have. For example, if you have the Boxing (N) Ability, you could use that to Attack with or Defend against a punch, while if you had the Martial Artist (M) Ability, you could use that for most any unarmed Attack and most Defenses against physical attack, and if you had the Ninja (B) Ability, you could use that to Attack unarmed or with ninja weapons, Defend against most Physical Attacks, and probably Defend against Mental Attacks as well (ninja mystic mind training and all). JROTC training doesn't include any actual combat skills, but an Army brat might well have picked up some training in Modern Army Combatives (M Ability), which would include close-quarters Attack and Defense, both unarmed and with knives, batons, and rifle butts (and similar weapons), or just learned how to Brawl (M Ability).

Thanks guys. I think I'll wait on an attack ability till some time progresses. Like you said, we're college students, my character probably hasn't had much need to do any real fistacuffing.

How much is a Medium ability, base, and how many points does it cost to increase?
I'm wondering if it wouldn't be more prudent for me to take the three powers I want and buy them each as medium as I won't be feating any NEW abilities off the broad power. (Like heat vision, sonic screaming, or something random like that). Everything will be based around feats using my strength, invulnerability and flight. Not actual new powers.
If this isn't feasible, points wise, I may look at capping my broad power level around where I'm at and investing my points into tactics, combat skills, survival, military strategy ect. Becoming more of a beefy Captain America instead of a water downed Superman. Still sort of torn on which direction I want to go with this. ;D
