So, in hopes someone might actually read it, I have uploaded the Adventureverse Gazeteer to the Gmail account Mike set up for files:

(BTW, everything else in that folder are rules that are now outdated, and so should be ignored, but the Adventureverse Gazeteer is rules-free fluff that is still applicable).
