The Brooding One
The Brooding One likes his characters dark. All of them. All the time. It doesn't matter what the world is like or what it is about, the Brooding One makes sure his character has the darkest past, the most sinister goals and role plays in his best goth voice. Bringing his own brand of emo to the world of fantasy, the Brooding One has his place at times but other times you fear this tortured character might sneak attack his own wrists.
The Multi-tasker
Similar to the "I Roll, I Hit, I Deal Damage" player- the Multi-tasker likes to have things going on around him as he plays. He may be doodling his character concept, watching TV over you're shoulder or converting minis with a full spread of paints and brushes. Other times he is tapping away at his gameboy, texting his significant other or generally just not paying attention. When called upon In game, he lets out a dull "Uh huh" and mutters something to remind the table his character still exist. His attention span, however, does not.
The "Not Again" Player
The Not Again player plays the same character EVERY time. It doesn't matter if it is Fantasy or Sci-Fi, this player insists that his character be named Johnny Awesome, have a scar over his right eye and always cracks his knuckles when making a point. Be it Ranger, Warlock, Jedi or Starfighter pilot you can rest assure he'll play the one character concept you've all grown to love..or hate.
The Anime Kid
Certainly one of the lesser evils, the Anime kid loves him some Anime. This character builds up his character with that style in mind and often wants you to make up special rules and abilities so that he can wield a 12-foot buster sword or shoot kamehamehas instead of fireballs. Although harmless in essence, the Anime Kid refuses to look past his own animated mindset to embrace the fantasy based world you have created for him and the other players.
The High Rolla
The High Rolla loves to roll his dice. Not only when the game ask for him to do so, but like, always. The High Rolla has invested good money into the heaviest dice he could find and loves nothing more then to send them pounding down on the table top at any given moment. His fervor often sends said dice in to nearby minis, dungeon tiles that are precisely placed and half empty beer bottles that tip and cause other players to scramble to preserve their laptops and character sheets. The High Rolla often loves the noise dice make when they hit the table all at once or when they are placed in a cup and rattled loudly. Like the drummer at a rock band, the High Rolla makes sure to "toss the ol'bones" loudest when you are trying to speak.
The Turbine
This player goes through characters like a thresher through wheat. Much more clever than the New Hotness Junkie- when this player wants a new character he simply gets himself killed to roll up his next big idea. With recklessness and a dazzling display for reverse-tactics, this player knows how to die anytime, anywhere. His tactic allows him to sample all of the concepts he wants to try like an assorted chocolate box, but with none of the guilt.
