With Allen's D&D campaign apparently going on hiatus, and my D&D campaign also on Summer hiatus, I'd like to try running another game. One I'm particularly looking at is "Savage World of Solomon Kane" www.peginc.com/games.htmlI really like the Savage Worlds game system, but I've never really had a chance to try it out. I also really like R.E. Howard's ("Conan the Barbarian", "Kull the Conqueror", et al.) Solomon Kane stories. Also, like most Savage World books, it includes a "Plot Point" campaign - a series of adventure synopses that can be fleshed out by the GM and connected into a single over-arching, "closed" campaign - or expanded and incorporated into an open-ended campaign. I would propose using the "closed" campaign model, so we get a definite conclusion, and can move on to the next campaign. Anyone up for this, probably on Sundays?

Sounds like a great idea. I still can't do Sundays, but I think that world, game system, campaign, etc. all sounds great. I'll be interested to see how it turns out.

Before Allen's campaign collapsed, we had moved the starting time to 5 pm. I'm ok with an even earlier starting time; I don't do anything on Sundays, so the entire day is free for me. I'd also like to end before midnight. 5 pm (or earlier) to 11 pm sounds good to me.
