Looks Good.
What does "Giving Up The Ghost" mean though?

To "give up the ghost" is a somewhat archaic phrase meaning, basically, to die. In the game, when the last damage level to the right in each track is filled up, the character is KOed (or killed, for the lethal damage track, on top). "Giving Up the Ghost" is the last damage level for the psychic damage track. Despite the phrase, you don't actually die, but I was looking for a cool, colorful word or phrase for each damage level, and in this case I was looking for a word or phrase to indicate the character is on his last legs, psychically speaking - and, you know, "ghost", "psychic", it kinda fit...
I'm still unsatisfied with many of the damage level descriptors - "Injured" and "Wounded" are just too generic, and as stated above, when "Giving Up the Ghost" is filled up, you don't actually give up the ghost...
Any suggestions?

I'm digging the new character sheet. Having the scale on their is a huge plus too!
I'll brainstorm some new descriptive damage boxes?
Maybe..
"Out of the Fight", maybe "Battered" for Injured and "Broken" for Wounded, "Taking a knee" or "On One Knee", "Ashes to Ashes" "Deep 6", "Blaze of Glory"...some quick ideas.

I have to say overall, I like it. My few criticisms:
Since we've basically said that scale is flavor text, does it need to be on the sheet? I feel like the damage table needs a bit more definition as at first glance it is unclear.
I dont understand what the "U" means in the Feats area, or the S? in the feats and Abilities section.
Open Feat isn't on the sheet.
I do want to reiterate that I like the sheet, and I'm sure that a most of my concerns will be answered tonight.
